This place is amazing. Delicious high quality Italian food. I get the lobster ravioli and it is to die for. Sometimes I wish I could order two because it's not a huge dish but it's so good it doesn't matter. The fresh mozzarella is amazing and some of the best I have ever had. Even the bread with oil/vinegar and pesto is delicious. My only complaint with this place is that's it's a little warm in there and make sure you don't get sat next to the fireplace when it is on. You will regret it but not everything can be perfect. I highly recommend you try this place out and make sure you call for a reservation because it gets pretty busy.
On behalf of the Parma Staff, I would like to thank Emilio and Silvio for the amazing opportunity they have given us. To be able to work in the restaurant industry and feel as if we are walking into our second home is something they strive as employers to provide. Thanks you for the support you have given us as a staff, and as a family.
Overall it was okay. Mussels were a little overcooked, but the broth was incredibly delicious. Good bread. Four mozzarella choices. The burrata was good, as expected. Risotto was terrible. It was flavorless with the consistency of paste. The orange chocolate dessert was perfect except for what tasted like a Hershey chocolate syrup drizzle on top. Cake was not too sweet and the orange flavor came through. Service was great. We'd eat here again.
Drinks were ok and dessert was good. Tables too small for their very large and too many menus, as well as their plates and glasses. Wasn't relaxing at all! Felt crowded and the staff are totally clueless and were always rushing around and rushing us! I felt like we were on trial when she took our order. Crazy stupid!
Bad service and food! This restaurant wouldn't survive if it was in Denver. Server kept forgetting requested items, even ice....twice! She also had a cast on her hand and wrist and was struggling to lift items from the table and when she served our drinks had her cast and fingers all over the rims of the glasses. Sick! The wild boar was so dry I couldn't eat it and I'm still burping up the homemade pasta. Didn't even ask if there was anything wrong with the meal, but asked if I wanted to take it home. Clueless service! The salad was horrible and black and tasted like it was taken straight from the bag and not washed and had no dressing on it at all!
Quality of food was not reflected by the prices. The mussels were really cheap tasting, couldn't eat any after the first bite and it was disappointing that our server didn't ask why we hardly touched them. The lasagna was nothing special and overly salted. The "lightly fried" zucchini was heavily breaded and very fried. We don't plan to return.
To the owner regarding your response. We were there early (5:00pm) before the homecoming people and before you got "busy". Still bad service.
