Stay away. It is worth the drive to go elsewhere.
This place is the worst but its the only thing around really. So what can you do......My wife took her car here last week and it was uncrowded had plenty of guys to do the wash. We got in the car to leave and i had to ask the guy at the end to get his towel and finish wipping the the back down. Went around to the front and it was still covered in bugs. The inside was not finished the windows were horrible. Again this is the worst car wash in the front range......
Wow. What a horrible experience. The staff drive our car aggressively. They didn't clean the inside of the car very well. Even worse, after they were done, our car smelled horrible. We had to go to another car wash and have it cleaned again. The person there thought the car smelled like tire cleaner.
Very slow, it seems like you need to ask each time for the dryers to clean and wipe the door jambs. Very disappointed because this location is convenient. Won't use them anymore. Unfortunately we paid for the year. If you want very mediocre service and cleanliness this is your place.
My wife and I used to take our Wranglers there, and they did a great job, but the last month or so, it all changed. The last 4 washes were so bad, we flipped back around and had them reclean the interior. This is unacceptable! It's not worth the time. There was a guy by the name of Gregorio, I feel since he left, the problems began. Nothing but a bunch of teenagers with no self respect for a job.
I used to get my car washed here all the time. Then, my car came out with huge scratches against the back bumper the last time I was here. The owner admitted that he saw the employee drive my car away quickly and carelessly. The owner denied that they scratched the car, and said he would provide me with the video to watch so that I could see for myself. He never sent me the video, and I followed up 3 times with no call back. I would not recommend.
