The staff is nice. I'd give a lower rating if they weren't. Unfortunately the shelves are always such a mess that you can't find anything. And if they aren't messy they're half empty. I live close so that's why I come here. But the store in Broomfield is WAY better.
What a nice store! Great selection and lots more space in the departments to walk around than other stores. Very Happy!
Shopping experience was ok. I only saw one floor person. Second in line of four or five people. Extra help called for twice. The only floor person opened up a new checkout lane.
so I work at a different Kohls in Colorado and I called this kohls for a customer so see if they had the shirt she wanted. I waited on the line for about 5 minutes and a lady picks up the phone and asks what i'm calling for. so she puts me on hold for the women's department and I wait for another 5 minutes for somebody to answer. the same lady then answered the phone because she didn't even remember what I was calling for. she puts me on hold again and I wait for another 5 minutes. somebody picks up the phone and doesn't say a word, it's almost as if she was waiting for me to speak first but what kind of customer service is that. and then she hangs up the phone.......
