Definitely Wendy and Dan surpassed my expectations. She reached me outside for money I forgot at the cashier desk and Dan happily offered his help and helped me loading my truck!! Where you see that this days?
Grumpy, uniformed, ignorant, and unhelpful workers. I will be hard-pressed to return unless I know exactly what I am looking for, need zero assistance, and in a hurry.
Keep it up 1506!
For us it goes without saying that we disagree with the policy and that it is simply too risky to shop at home depot now. Also in case the corporate folks are listening, we just purchased a new home and had planned to do some major renovations including new flooring, new windows, finishing of the basement, outdoor patio and landscaping, etc. i can confidently say none of that business will go to home depot. Your policies are simply not customer friendly enough for us.
New to Colorado. I visit Home Depot over Lowes at least twice a week. Some of the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Home Depot. The only friendly helpful person was the store manager.
Thanks for absolutely nothing.
As a business owner and general contractor, I go through a lot of supplies. I have many resources for getting materials and for most items I need, the Home Depot is my main resource. There are a lot of Home Depot stores and I have been in many of them across multiple states and hands down, the location on Dillon Road in Louisville, CO is the best.
They are always great about taking returns and very kind from greeting to an extra set of hands loading you up and sending it on your way.
Of course, the super nice ladies run cashiers 1 and 2 during "regular" business hours rock and make everyone's day a little better!
This place has the absolute worse customer service I have ever seen. I had to ask 6 people for the location of one product and they still didn't know. Not only did they not know, they didn't care. I reached out to HD customer service and got the biggest F-U answer via email. It was absolutely ridiculous but that's not the worst part. I received another email from their 'general' manager asking me to give details and I obliged. It's been 2 weeks and I've still have yet to hear anything back. It's clear to me Home Depot does not view their customers as humans but as dollar signs. The more dollar signs you've got the more willing they're willing to help. If you have one or no signs, you're screwed.
I am very disappointed with the Home Depot's policies. I ordered a relatively expensive refrigerator from Home Depot and when it was delivered our room mate accepted it without having it installed. We then had the delivery team return for installation only to find out that the dimensions were off for one part of our cabinetry. So we tried to return the brand new, absolutely never used unit to home depot. They said that isn't their policy. So now we have to figure out what to do with a higher end fridge and will likely end up taking a bath on the purchase if we try to resell it. All because of a technicality.
For starters, the staff is very knowledgeable not only about the products they sell and their locations, but the applications as well. There have been multiple times that I have had obstacles that I was working around and came to the solution faster or to a better solution all together by talking it out with the great staff at this Home Depot.
